  • Here is helpful screening tool! If you checked 3 or more circles, pelvic floor dysfunction is likely and you would benefit from an evaluation from a pelvic floor physical or occupational therapist.

  • Natick Pelvic Health is conveniently located near routes 9 and 27, at 264 N Main St in Natick, MA. The practice is on the second floor, up one flight of stairs.

  • No, Massachusetts is a direct access state. You can have PT treatment without a referral.

  • Natick Pelvic Health is an out-of-network (OON) provider. All of our services are covered under your out-of-network physical therapy benefits. We’ll give you a detailed superbill receipt you can send into your insurance (if you choose) so they can reimburse you directly.

    You may use your HSA/FSA card for payment.

  • Credit card, check, cash, FSA, & HSA are all accepted forms of payment.

  • Prior to our meeting, we will review your intake forms and questionnaires. At our first visit, we will have a thorough discussion about your health, your current concerns, and your goals. We will then assess many physical measures including strength, mobility, movement patterns, scar tissue, posture, alignment, and breathing strategies. We will discuss the assessment findings and recommend a treatment plan. Treatment begins that first visit with hands-on therapy, individualized exercises, education, and a home program.

  • Each of our appointments is at least a full hour.  We also offer two-hour appointments for those who want to accelerate their progress, have complex conditions or are driving from far away for treatment.

  • No!  You will work 1:1 with a dedicated expert the time entire you're at Natick Pelvic Health. That's the gold standard of care.

  • Based on the evaluation findings and your goals, a treatment plan with frequency and number of visits will be established. Generally, 6-12 visits is recommended. These visits are typically weekly to start and become less frequent as you improve.
